I seen some peeps talking about using freezing reduce jewlery to actually nullify a certain abnormal status, namely freezing and burn hour.

I am now collecting these jeweleries, but even with 4 20% u only get 80%

this means dat the rest come from the fire shield series.
my question is, how does these fire shields reduce the abnormal status times and how do u noe the % of the reduced amount so dat u can check if u got 100% nullify or not?
