[request] guide for pk2 editting

can someone make a guide about how to edit the "zerk" mode? like cruors and also the picture ive seen of a red and blue flame?

also ive seen people with different skill bars at the bottem, not skills, skill bars and exp bar ect. can someone please do a guide on how to edit this too
