Looking for an active partying Euro guild.

Dont wanna sound conceited or anything cause i'm still growing but i made an axe character and its just not easy at all to find any good party if i'm actually intending to tank so an active guild would be really nice...there is no specific level at the moment cause i'm growing but i'm not 100% focusing on it until i find a guild so that i dont find myself extremely bored by lvl 35 or something.
I need a group of team-mates that i can pretty much do everything with...grind...job....even cape fight (would be tough but can be done =P)
