China, post-Legends I update.

Dont know if you guys notice (Euro players), but China is pretty empty at the moment spare the usual clientless bots rampaging at west DW and a couple of 'semi' active players in karakoram and takla.

Just a hint to all those active guilds that considers organizing trade runs to gather gold. I've checked the map too, and there are very few to none guild scouts* in China. (I'm a thief, but I wont be out jobbing much. Even if I did rob you I'll pay you back).

Kinda sad to see china empty but I guess that will improve over time (not really complaining, less lag easy to login). I'm so so tempted to join the Euro bandwagon :S if not for spending so much time on my chinese char.

So if you are looking to move servers and play a chinese char, Hercules is up there as one of the emptiest servers on Silkroad.

*guild scouts, dont include invisible wizards, or rogue duplicants, or anyone dressed as a mangyang

lol

@ the topic starter. Its interesting you're from SD Pacific and now you're in Br0thers level 7x. China isn't empty for your information, just that we aren't very close to "your level" yet.

I wanna know how someone got to 7x on a relatively new server so fast :)

Nice, question my game play. How apt.

I stop playing in Pacific to focus lvling my char here on Hercules. Pretty easy to get lvl 71 being a pure int nuker 0 gap with premium and sp helper (and now guardian buffs). No, china isnt empty now, guess it was just the excitement of Euro that caught a lot of players to try out over there for the first few days that it was introduced to isro. Also now you could do the quests on china too even if you are a euro char, so more players migrate out to china.

P.s I got to 69 in 6weeks in Eldo with a pure str archer, I think I'm pretty slow here tbh. Dont think you would believe me if I told you I'm an insomniac.

Well if you say so, the only choice we have to is to believe or shut up about it. True I've started to notive a lot of people have made a comeback to Dongwang. I guess they all tried Euro and didn't find it their type. Hotan is still pretty much empty >_> the high levels must have a hard time finding equips to buy from stalls.

apt to/for/at what? please elaborate and know that I am new to SRO, so any assumption you made about my question should be disregarded in your response. Cheers.

Sigh. Wasnt just directed to you Rizla, was refering to Milly as well as you. I apologize if my response might come across as a bit condescending (having reread my post) but it was meant to be just a bit of verbal wit, and I hate to explain myself so I'm a bit on the defensive here too.

I dont want this discussion to digress too far from the point of my thread. I just simply felt that I needed to point out how big updates could impact the game in other ways that are harder to forsee. Besides that, I'm just trying to promote the server. A constant flux of new players keeps the server healthy and active.

I understand, I think we are quite alike. Look forward to possibly working with you on Hercules.

I'm reserving my academy spots for players who are really new to the game, and by that I mean most of them would probably not browse these forums :/. I hate to pwrlvl anyone tbh, its depriving new players of the boring grind (which I enjoyed much when I first started playing) and limits the mistakes they wouldve made as part of the learning curve.

The guardianship system wasnt meant for guardians to pwrlvl players to get honor points so they could get SOH wpns. Its a community bonding tool, so new players can find a place in the server, stay and enjoy their experience on sro. I wasnt kidding when I've mentioned on another forum that the guardianship system is abusable (and I'm not talking about multiclient + bots) by anyone (within the game rules) + theres a bug at the moment which could speed things up as well. If I wanted to get honor points badly I wouldve gotten them in 2~3weeks or less, but I dont want to (it will only be in a matter of time when someone else figures this out).

If you need pwrlvling badly, there are players offering pwrlvling services for gold at hotan.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Hercules >,^

Well said Sylh, the guardian thing is slightly getting out of hand and removing the point of it. And all the people wanting to get powerlevelled is getting irritating.
