looking for a good thiefing guild

First off I am new to this game, only played for about a day or so, im european rogue names Racen. I'm looking for a friendly fun guild, not looking for handouts just a place where i can team up with my friends and have some fun, as i am new please post here first that way when i can actualy log into the game (server full try again later grr) i can contact you. I'm willing to learn,at the moment im only lvl 8 some of you may not want to recruit someone who isnt of a particular lvl but if your willing to put in some effort I aim to be a vauleable member of your guild.
