Of course who come first, get it first.
And whoever ask stupid questions like:
- server? (it's obvious what server)
- lvl? (i give account, not char)
wont get the accounts

there are so many people who make accounts just for these kinds of purposes. but if i read correctly, i dont see where silo posted a requirement needed to ask for the accounts. let them ask, they get it or they dont.
