About ECSROs skills

Can you only level up your trees to lvl 70? I know the skills just go to lvl 69 but the trees only to lvl 70? SO when you are at lvl 90 you have a 20 gap?? Correct me if im wrong..
no. skills are up to 70. masteries can go up to 90 as per the lvl.
otherwise no one would farm, cause of the forced gap in the end.
