Cant start Ksro

If i want to start my Korean Silkroad it doesnt start correctly.after the game guard it appears for 1 second the client and then closes and bring me up this ????-Error with my System Specs.
Can somebody help me?

may be outdated directx or graphic card driver. Or try reinstall something may be corrupted.

switch your pc to korean language would help. You cannot play without korean language installed anyway(because of verification code - it is not taking squares).

make sure u have entered the ansi string right in the media.pk2 it worked for me after
