you can't translate a name into chinese
the best you can do is make an english name sounds into chinese sounds but completely different meanings

in terms of creating the name fo the registration, just go here...:
http://www.google.com/translate_tpick a random common english name and translate it to chinese, i dont think it matters whether its simplified or traditional. thats the easy way to go.
