Starting ECSRO

So I have the host client and the no dc client and the new media.pk2 but when I open the nodc client I get these 3 chinese errors and nothing comes up after. Can anyone help? Here's one of the errors:

you can't get help unless the text becomes readable cause random symbols can mean anything

u CANT use your iSRO client to login to the server, haha
u need to download the client from the server
