Ok so firstly there arent any low lvl partys like wtf? How can i lvl without getting plvled as a euro with no pt?? If i wanted to get plvled i cant because i have no Money -.-. You say people give free plvls but i cant read chinese and dont know how there are saying "free plvl here". Secondly i need a good server to play on. I couldnt find one english speaking person. Need a ton of help . Also what is the reversed server mean?

Inverted '?' is just the way it sounds, a question mark drawn upside down. To play longer than 3 hours, don't use a CID of a minor. Make sure your b-date on their registration form is over 18 and change your CID. Just follow the registration guide, it works.

use a calculator -.- 2008-18=1990

so any CID before 4/27/90 works

Server is original name, can not edit this yet. It only displays differently for different languages(for english its starting with inverted ?]
