No, you need a chinese bank account for this, or you need to have a chinese friend who can buy it for you or something, but since sending money to china costs like 18 euro that doesnt seem like a smart move

Actually this is not true, prices just fluctuate because some people need money quick so they sell item mall items cheap, other will stall 24/7 for weeks and make them more expensive, I know several people who got a clock or reincarnation for 10~15m instead of 21m

Well, when I came back to cSRO prices where like 19mill, now they are like 30mill =D

There is a reason for those ppl selling at that price... they usually have lower price than the market price, and after you bought it, the seller will go to gm and report his account was stolen, and he'll get his clock back, but you won't have you money back, and your account maybe sealed
