pls help me i want playing my bow char 28 and 7k sp!!
i heard some things like only chinese people can play but im not sure
if you have an solution post it pls

They blocked all IPs and only allow people whom they want to allow in.
no its working but not ip ban.

Ya its working... its niether u get a << Edited, don't list the IP changing programs -Dark >>
its a program u put ip's and port .. to log in and shit its f**cked up all they want is money so play csro better .
i already quit it once i hit 70 and it was shit.
