Problem with silk buy on csro ( convert)

hi.
I have bought 50 Silk on cSro, choosed right server,putted in my IGN -Lexic0N-,and "needed silk" 50.
Translated the text says that i should log out and wait 20 minutes then i shall have it.
i have done that 4-5 times, waited 2-3 days now, havent got my silk yet...
Any one know what i am doing wrong?

have done that 3 times in 2 days, waited long. why aint i getting it?
is it because at the 3rd photo (and the last) in the convert website I log out?

btw, most people agree that 10k for 1silk was just a rumor and not fact

I was talking to a chinese girl the other day, and we were talking about silk prices.. as ive used the english .pk2 the item mall is english.. from what she says a monkey costs 15, 000 ,000 silk.. and its 15 USD for 20, 000, 000 silk...

Taking the fact that you are buying from a chinese site.. I dont know if you will get 50 silk or (i dont know) 50 000 silk...

Just a warning incase you actualy ahve got the silk but such a small amount that it hasent noted it ..

yeah maybe... but there the site says this : 兑换银铢将消耗上述角色身上的丝路币。兑换比率：10,000丝路币 = 1银铢. Translated it says : Silver baht exchange will be consumed on the role of the Silk Road coins. Exchange rate: 10,000 Silk Road baht silver coins = 1 Silver baht.
And you cannot buy more then 50 silk. lets say if you want 150silk you have to buy 3 times.
And nothing of my gold has been taken away.
And when i try buy silk for then 2 times per day i get this .

Maybe your right... but then they probably wouldnt have that funqtion on the website when there are no events right?

you are converting silver silks... that's not the silk you can use to buy in game good... they were there for an event that happened ages ago!!!! beside... do you think they will let you use in game gold to convert to silk? lol

it's gold silk you can use to buy those items...
