I found this on youtube idk if its real or not but alot of people postin it...

new information:

The Pserver will restart with new hardware at the :banghead:

15.3.08

No more bugs
No lags and DCs
+30 % more exp
+9 drg + 10drg
+50% more chance to get a SOS
+35% more chance to get a SOM
+and 15% more chance to get a S O S U N :>
+u can create ur own weapon!! (i only read that dont know if its true)
+Seal Of Honor (better than SOSUN)
weapons have got red glow
+3 weapons at the npc (but still crit 2 xD)
And the best A L L S K I L L S A R E A V A I L I B L E!

Im not in US and still cant connect. That's just BS.
I used sockscap and found a lot of proxy that works but after connecting for 1 min, got DC.

But im asking about the update 15.3.08 thingy, not how to connect to psro -_-

No, you all are using sockscap to get around the IP ban that has been issued to all US IP's. I don't see anywhere where they will allow players to use a program to get around this...so since it is NOT allowed, we do NOT allow it here on SRF.

Where the **** u got all these bs from? In their forum, they said that their server was hacked so they moved it to a new place and told us to use sockscap to connect to the server. No one mentioned a shit a bout banning ip...

^there is no official answer from GM yet. That's just question from players.

And, im not american nor chinese. NO ONE mentioned about banning europe IP.
