Sorry for caps just... i get message that someone is all ready logged on with my ID which is impossible. My friend get same error for some reason. I waited 3 hours SAME. Reinstalled cSRO SAME. Restarted PC SAME ;( please help

Yes my friend had some account trouble so hes bro mailed a GM telling them the problem and within 2 days he got hs acc back
