help with Silkroad Korea

I downloaded Silkroad Korea from a file that my friend sent me [which is the same one he used] and now when i try to run the game, i open the launcher, and the start button doesn't load. But then a little box pops up that says ???? DirectX9.0b ???? and then when i click yes, it opens a page with korean writing on it. but when i click no, it closes the launcher. this is what the korean said on the site that popped up==

i downloaded a DirectX9.0b, and it still didn't work. i did the same thing that my friends used, and so if anyone knows how to read Korean or anything xD it would be great if you could help me out.

The file was obviously damaged or the wrong thing, because thats Chinese writing, not Korean.

And unless you own a KSSN, you will never be able to create an account. Just stick with iSRO. It'll make life easier for you

as far as i know you need a Korean IP to play Ksro
