kSRO account problem

i've registered to yahoo.co.kr succesfully but when i want to make a ksro account i have a error after i log in on yahoo.co.kr...here's the error

Is not an error, after clicking OK it should take you to the Korean Yahoo login page where you have to log in, one you log in it brings you back to that page.
Check that you don't have any pop-up blockers blocking them.

Jeez... idk, maybe your cookies get deleted when you leave the Yahoo page.

you acctivated your account with activation email(if you get that)

well after you registerd did you check your email? including your spam box
maybe they sended and activation email

yes i do and i translate all whit google translate...and no confirmation mail:( plz can u make me a mail and give me a pm whit it plzzz but tonight if its possible
is somethin if i use internet explorer 7 ???
