cSRO Major Update Sept 10?

I heard that a major update is coming to cSRO (China Silkroad Online for the people that don't know) can anyone tell me what exactly there updating and if it really is September 10? I would look at there website but I don't speak Chinese lol.

7-9th degree euro equipments, skills for all races open till lvl 90, new mall pets (updated to what isro has currently), guardian system, and maybe... euro grinding party system (might still under beta test), 15sec euro pot time, improved balance between skills (shorter xbow charging time)
i think that's it for this update.
Oh... and new server too (who cares
)

Yay update is finally here, its downloading very slowly though ><
EDIT: --- If anyone needs a download link to the update (it is 100x faster than doing the launcher download and won't come up with an Error like what happend to me) then here it is, it downloads quite fast imo:
