Yeah. That tutorial doesn't seem to work for me. When I click that one button, nothing happens - it just refreshes that page. This happens when I'm logged in.

Change the directory folder "Silkroad" to anything you want, like cSRO. Then you can install iSRO.
The directory folder is found under your main hard drive -> Program Files -> "Silkroad"
