question about CSRO

I am now downloading CSRO but is the europe pack installed in that yet? i am downloading a 846.19 M file which has the title SROChina_vEurope.exe I think it is included according to the name but if not could anyone tell me where i can find it? Cause i would like to start playing right away when i receive the game
