You can't play yet cause it didn't come out yet and we don't know the date of Europe update coming out.

^ what he said. if you checked General Discussion you would have seen about
5 others getting that same answer today. lol
edittttt.... if you read any of the guides in this section you can see how to
register to either korean or chinese sro and play euro before it comes out
in the international version later this month.
