In short, the future cSRO updates should be following this order:
(i)New skills & equipment update
(ii)Fortress War
(iii) lvl 100 cap
It clarifies that lvl 100 cap definitely comes the last. Whereas new skills and fortress war might come in the same update ,or two different updates which are not too far apart. I believe that the new equipment update refers to Euro equipments, which might be updated to 7th deg. Finally it states that new skills & equipment update is scheduled in this coming August ( if everything goes right), and it might comes with fortress war.
