You should better try downloading the complete 800mb+ file, because sometimes this file is corrupted!

did you do some pk2 editing, to change the language to english?
If you have that screen, click on the bottom line with the questionmarks, these are the division, the bottom one is div2
After you have clicked on it, you get a symbol in front of that line and after that you get to see the start button.
