I don't know it might not even happen, but if it does that will suck for people in china.

yea true. Australia has a bad internet policy too. all the internets have a
download/upload cap. if you go over this cap (mostly some gigs per month
per house) you get slower than modem connection too. believe me that sux.

ohhhh....finally i understand why i cant access some of the website in China here that i could in Singapore...quite a number of sites are blocked by the Huge China firewall...
as for the slow speed, i dun really feel it...i can access SRF and other sites as fast as outside China...using 2mbps now...i feel that the slow speed part is exaggerated...

PS: but i can access youtube...hmm weird

it is exaggerated ....but alot of places are trying to bring a halt to the internet...........i suppose people think it is time for us to go back to tieing a letter to a bird and hoping it flys to your long distance conversation....
