csro help

ok since the other versions sro forums is dead i need help here.
i reg on csro and i went to the tutoral and dled
Silkroad Online Chinese Edition [Euro Update]
NOTE: Euro Game Servers Open On June 1st
i dled what says link 1, so i save it to my game folder and click on it and this comes up
now what?
