selling of bargain?

i would like to understands what is that selling of bargain

thats part of the new trade system
these new stations, like stronghold, sell their goods only while bargain times
u can sell ur goods there anytime, but not buy new ones usually
u have to do quests to use these stations and u get them directly at the station npcs
well thats my experience tho
maybe im wrong

what are these quests that i have to do?
what type of items i can sell at these stations?
what i will gain from selling these items ? more gold?
and last...is there any other stations like the stronghold in europe?

There are more trade posts aren't there? I have seen one in the Bandit stronghold, and know there's one in Heukmadan Den, and another in Karakoram and Taklamakan i think...
