I knowthat this sort of thread must have been opened dozens of times, but I have somequestions about Jsro and I couldnt find any answers on the site.. so please bew patient with me.
Im fed up wwith Isro. I would like to move to Jsro if that is possible for me to do. I need to know a few stuff
1-is it even possible for me to download and play Jsro if I dont live anywhere near Japan?
2-How badly will the language barrier affect me?
3-Islogging in and playing really much smoother?
4-where do I download it form? ( assuming I am able to download it at all)
All answeres will be appreciated

1- sure you can
2- i think no barrier

by pk edit you can transfrom it into english ( look at guides section for " foregin versions of sro ")
3- sometimes i feel that i own a private server

toooo smooth
4-http://gameonweb.nefficient.jp/gameon/silkroad/client/silk_full_1024.exe
and search the forum for how to make an account in JSRO ( lazy to search

)
i hope this will help you ...cya

Yes....and no. If they find out your not from Japan, they'll ban you.
2-How badly will the language barrier affect me?
Game wise, very little, as you can pk2 edit. however, parts of the game will show up blank (as there is no English alternative?). Communicating with players may be difficult, however.
3-Islogging in and playing really much smoother?
Yes.

The Japanese SRO site I assume.

No, and jSRO is not a server, it's the japanese version of SilkRoad Online.
They have lvl 90 cap and still not Euro, but i doubt it take long to be implemented.
