looking for server recommendations

I'll keep my request simple. I am interested in things in this order.
1. high rate.
2. high population.
3. most shortcuts available.
I mostly want to run around for a bit and have some fun for old time sake.

Just had the same thought as Love, downloaded and everything. Random question, chinese - two masteries? Cannot add three for an old style fire/force blader
