I'm looking to hire a handful of hardcore silkroad players.

Job requirements:

English speaking.

Hardworking.

Honest.

Able to play 8-12 hours a day.

Job Duties Include:

1. Logging in multiple characters to run FGW, HWT, Trade runs, and run gold bot parties.

2. Being available on call whenever I need assistance.

3. Selling any useless items, doing alchemy for me, and farming coins/talismans/gold.

All items obtained must be given directly to me.

Positions Available:

1. Manager. His/her job will be to keep everyone productive at all times. And to answer any questions.

2. Service Tech: These will be the people actively farming items for me.

Everyone will be paid a base salary. With bonus' given out to those who excel in the delivering results.

May I suggest 2 additional positions ?

1. Designated offering interrupter. Guy who would follow you focusing on just that.
2. A Tissue carrier. Individual ready to jump in when first guy fails and liquid substance starts dripping down your soft cheek.

I think it's perfectly fine since the rule only applies when you're playing iSRO. Most pservers allows botting , so I think that its fine. Pservers are illegal in the first place, but nobody gives a shit now since the game have been long dead.
