It's not VIP (donated silk) but yes.

You an use it to buy dresses, and other various goodies. Such as a slightly nerfed prem.

The dropped Silk is also worth a shitload too, since you can buy special elixirs and powders with it. You can also buy D12 Advanced and more alchemy stuff with it.
