I'm looking for a 80 cap server with:
-ch or ch+eu, I dont care
-higher rates like 50-100x (so that i can win without botting)
-minimal edits to the game, such as color changes or some weird a** sun system, I cant stand those ugly changes (except job suns, I dont mind that idea)
-not too much pay 2 win, or atleast really cheap silks
help? I can't seem to find one.

if you happen to be wondering why I want a server like this..
The way I see it, you should be able to log on to a "PRIVATE SERVER", level up fast, and work for the gears to make you a great contender with others with that gear.
Gear SHOULD NOT be some impossible thing to get your hands on, it should be simple to get but not easy, and once you get it you're on the same level playing field with everyone. Then it comes down to how good are you with your character.
iSRO had it right in 80 cap, legits could cap and get decent sets, the suns were only slightly better than 3rd tier. good times.
of course this is only my opinion..
