What is FreeRoad?
FreeRoad is a private server that is completely free, and there are no way to donate for some special items or silks. This is NOT a pay2win server, its a play2win!
Every player get there silks by staying online.

The server is hosted for free, so there are no costs for FreeRoad to be online.
There are only one game master. (To avoid corruption)
And due to this is a non profit server, the GM will not be online making any events.

So what about the "Leveling system"
The new leveling system has been edited, for a more fun gameplay.
level 1-30 goes pretty fast, but the rest of the levels goes alittle slower.
Level 30 to 31 takes about 1000 monsters without EXP helper, and 500 monster with 100% exp helper.
This is the same on all level all the way from 30 up to 110.

And all quests that gives you an EXP reward always gives you 10% at any level.
Even if you are level 100 and is making level 25 quests.

Why hosting a server for free? What are you up to?
Well simply this is how a server should be FREE, and there is no cost of hosting this server so why should i take money for it?

So if you are interested in this server and make it better and populated, tell your friends to try it out. The only thing you can loose is time and not money!

How are you going to pay for the server and especially DDoS protection once this gets popular?

DDoS protection can run in the thousands of dollars, I don't think you're going to pay it yourself

I dunno, but I'm strangely interested in trying it out. Kinda confused about the cap thing though.

70 cap right now if I understand correctly, but in 3 months it'll be 100 cap?

^It's like those official servers. Every 3 months the cap will be raised by 10 until it gets to 110.

Ah, bleh. Not so sure if I'm on board with that.

You can use 9D weps at 80 cap, 10D weps at 90 cap.

Ugh if that's true, yeah I think I'll quit. Leveling speed drop off is massive too, you go from getting 10% a mob to 1%. That still isn't terrible, but if it slows down more, it'll be about .2% come 100 cap, ugh.

Eu and Chin race are enabled, you are able to get any sort of degree.

Can you leave 8 degree for 80 instead of using 9D

I can't find the exact post but these 2 show that they saw it somewhere else also.
Basically you can farm on Shaman at 80 cap and be 110% ready for 90 cap, then on top of that you can have a 10D weapon on day 1 also.

Oh well, moving on.

I honestly don't have any other option. Servers are either laggy with somewhat decent ideas or lagless with moronic owners.

Welp, back to Infinity until Ludo comes back up I guess. If Ludo fails again I think I'll just quit for good and go back to GW2.
