I'm going on probation soon and will probably go back to gaming hardcore since I won't be able to partake in my other favorite pastimes. So I need to know if there are any soon to be opening servers that look promising or if there is currently a good pserver out there.

People are all in Ludoworks Apricis but it's a instacap server. It's meant to be multicap, but everyone plays in 100 cap. All you do is cape pvp and job pvp all day pretty much.. and hunt the uniques, it's very flat frankly, I just quit it 2 days after joining.
