Been playing SRO off and on for years, the last half only on pServers.
I'm looking to start playing again, so my question is
where is the population of pServer players at right now?
Preferably with an English speaking community.
I know Myth Online supposedly has a decent community,
but it's being attacked right now or something
so I'm not sure how reliable the server is and what not.

Honestly no matter which private server you pick, it'll be alive and going good for a month or so and then people will get bored and move on to the next private server. Seems to be the trend

I would vote for Myth. They're not being attacked, just moving to another host + big update, so dunno when they'll be back.

It was never my intent to answer your question. It was my intent to educate you on the current state of essentially any private server out there so that when you make a choice, you'll know how the trend is.

Your question can be answered by doing a little searching.

There are only 1-2% of the Servers in the SRO Scene which exists longer.

I got 3 :

~ Myth Online
~ OverLimit
~ PlaySRO

Choose the one you like and ya... those Servers lasted longer than 5-6 Months.

Basically it does. The answer: nowhere.

I would suggest Devias Online. The most fun and active server Ive played on so far. Its 80 cap and chin only. No pay 2 win. Most things you buy with coins which you get in game. Active community with 600 players - 1000 players online.

Botting is allowed but not multi clienting. Gold is 1x so no gold bots. Sox 8d is disabled as drops so no sox farming.

They are switching host atm due to lag spikes. But server is up and running until the actual switch.

Myth Online has a huge Legit Community, there are a lot of loyal players waiting for the server to re-open, they're very close now, the owner has had some problems with security and which server to use, he switched to a new server and is using a hyperfilter ip system atm, he's just working out all the bugs til he can re-open it bug free w/ no lag.
