Runtime Error! can anyone help us with it?

Hey guys, I am a GM on a private server called Legiao sro. We had an error which started about a week ago and we get an error msg http://i44.tinypic.com/4t7sie.png
I personally have no experience with computer stuff to help the other GM's in this issue so I decided the least i can do is ask here for some help as they are having trouble fixing it.
If anyone had this error running their server before and knows how to fix it i would appreciate any help. http://i44.tinypic.com/4t7sie.png
