ESRO - Gap

Post by Timmeh »

Does gapping work differently on ESRO than iSRO? A lot of people are power-leveling characters without masteries and it would suggest that the 9 gap is irrelevant here and the gap is more efficient/effective for gaining SP the larger it is.

no, 9-gap is still the max sp gaining gap. people dont level masteries either cuz they dont want to, or they plan on delvling back to 10 or whatever

Thanks for the info. Strange, I haven't saw the "no masteries" thing in iSRO.

That's because most people know which build they want there, apparently in esro people want to keep all options open till they got the sp. But I'm pretty sure it's the same 9 gap limit in esro.

you will see the no mastery at ongs alot, cause this is the reason the powerlvler can see if the noob who joins realy has a 9 gap.
cuz if peeps add 1 lvl of warrior or smt it will show next to the picture
Starting at Guildwars 2!

but on what server?

I think someone should test this and record it so we can be 100% sure. I remember myself having gap 10 at penons some time ago and I didn't really pay attention to it but when I lowered the gap to 9 I seem to gain less SP points tho I cannot claim that to be true - ergo the request for the test (lol @ the rhyme)
Character information:

Esro_1:Lv 64 Bower FF
Esro_4:Lv 74 Rouge/Bard FF@72
Esro_4:Lv XX *****/*****, epic character being made in an epic guild, kept in secret from SRF
