I Downloaded Part 1, then Part 2, placed part 1 folder i created, then part 2 in same folder, then i download it new patch 1.92 and also installed in folder.
i click on start and i get--> failed to execute sro error code 193

i already download everything like 5 times just in case files were corrupted and still getting same error...

It would maybe help to tell us the SRO-version, which you are trying to install.

sorry, i am trying to play ZCZC , so i installed 1.689 Part 1 & and 2, and the latest patch
