Can someone tell me what the newest and most stable private server is which you can create yourself?

I know there is seashadow emulator and sroevolution emulator. But I don't know about others, are there any others which I can use myself to create a private server?? Would be nice if I can get 11D weapons etc, kill uniques etc etc


BTW, this is just for myself not for a public private server.

srevolution has 11D and egypt weps + all uniques + fgw uniques + guild, dunno what else you would need lol
