ZSZC Crash at character select.

Hey, once i login to ZSZC i get to the character screen and my character isnt there and the game just crashes. But about every 5 times my character is there and it doesnt crash. How can i stop the game from doing this as it is very frustrating to have to login 3-6 times just to play.
