Server with European?

Does it exist a server with Eeuropean? A good one... Like 30x and no problems to log in

If there was, you can bet a lot of the people here would be playing it and gushing love instead of complaining about how long it takes to log in to iSRO, the # of bots, etc.
I like playing with friends, but once Esro is up and Euros are good, as long as the SP rate is like, 5x or 10x, I'm really considering going there.
