Like some people who visit this forum, I'm still playing SwSRO simply because it's the most updated private server out there, and with the most skilled admins. And they've proven this fact again because they will have a major update in the following few days. SwSRO2 is already down because that's where they will be doing their tests. They announced the following:
SWSRO2 is in check status, we're changing the server host and also updating the server files
1. Change the server host, to fix the lag 2. update in SWSRO2 ~New maps (probably including lvl90-100 & lvl110-120 mobs, in Alexandria) ~New skills, European skills which will be implemented in the corresponding chinese mastery, no news about power adjustement or anything of that kind ~New items, in item mall ~New characters, European characters to be exactly, probably you can just choose them in the chinese character customization, although there are 2H swords shown, we just have to wait for this. ~& more...

Those SwSRO2 updates will affect SwSRO1 too of course, since they'll copy the server files.

Are they actually reliable now? I remember I quit that server when it was still new (only like ~1-2 months old) because they would go into check all the time promising fake updates, I remember they would have like 2 checks for 2-3 hours everyday and after 2-3 weeks people grew tired of not seeing any updates.
They are not getting euro chars, they are adding euro skills to Chinese skill tree. Try to read the first post better: ~New skills, European skills which will be implemented in the corresponding chinese mastery, no news about power adjustement or anything of that kind.
ok thats totally stupid that they will add it to chinese skills trees, i know that they will but look at the screens, euro chars, with euro armors, and euro weapons.

That's a NO NO! Putting words in people's mouths. PGTycoon pointed out that they obviously weren't actually adding euro characters. I'd say his post was a lot more informative than yours was magisuns.
