Mmh, Launcher doesnt start?

So uh for ZSZC do i have to do something for the launcher to work?
I open it, it gives me a msgbox but with no writing on it. and then theres no start option

i havent played much (exams in 2 days) recently, but no traffic, and no bots so far. just some lag

There's no lag, but loads of bots and some traffic.

bots = obvious

i got in 1st try, i can wait up to 10 min for login before i start getting pissed lol
