ZSZC problem, need real PRO guys to resolve it:D

Hi there i finally downloaded the client,the 2 pieces :O
so after i unzipped em i launched the game,and it gives me this error

what's that? how to resolve it?

if reg means registration answer is DA(russian xD) or yes
