I realise that the servers are offline, although, even before this when I chose Fembria via the client, I received a blank error box and nothing happened. :/

If anyone can enlighten me as to why this occurs, it would be greatly appreciated.

sucks that atm nobody can help you until servers are back because the ecsro homepage is down too, so wait till everything gets back and head to the ecsro forums. There is a thread with all common errors, there are aswell other sites but might be outdated
