Does anyone know how is the new main unique in cap 105? I mean, is there a fixed time for his spawn and has it a defined spawn point? or it will be like the old demon shaitan and Lord? like appearing randomly after 3 hours from the last spawn in few map points.

The main unique is called Seth.
You can run the Alexandria Pharao instance anytime you want (don't know if there are restrictions how often you can do it) and afaik you can choose Easy, Medium and Hard. The level of the uniques and their spawns changes depending on the difficulty you choose.
I always thought Seth was the final one of that instance, but in the videos I've seen it was never on there...
