It is but you have to kill mobs to achieve them.

i made an acct but i didnt bother dl'ing the test server cilent so is it too late for me to get a lvl 100 character?

I can't remember where but i heard that they will merge ECSRO Pub and Fembria to one server to get rid of the lag, this will get a really nasty waiting time to login if it is so.
It's kinda confusing that Ocean doesn't invest in some more servers, if you think about how much money he must have earned he should have the money to buy one. They aint that expensive! 2-4 more servers and it would be much better.
I dont think it's because of him being greedy, he must know that you have to spend money to earn money.
