ECSRO test server autopot

Hey all,
I'm registered at the ECSRO test server, so I finally have my level 100 char now
The only problem is I can't find a working autopotter!
Can anybody give me a working 1 and explain me how it works.

Ugh why can't I get any autopot to work?
I feel so stupid, is there a certain order you have to do things with this autopot? It just won't work
Edit: I'm on vista, I know to set it as administrator and blah blah, it just freezes my client as soon as I turn the autopot on.
