Avalon guild in kSRO

Hey ladies and germs!
Avalon(you read correctly) has started up in kSRO and is currently a level 3 guild.
This guild was started up by 3 former Venus legits. Aventuris, Extent, and _Kelvin.
Since a new event is starting tomorrow after inspection, we have decided to publicly announce this guild so that we can recruit more people to party with us. Level, build and skill does not matter. We welcome everyone.
We will most likely be forming a union with Heavens guild. Things are looking positive.
Our vision is to have an active guild and union that participates in guildwars, jobbing and have regular fun guild events.
Rules taken directly from Avalon Guild Notice(tweaked a teeny weeny bit)
>General Rules<
-No Botting
-No Multi clienting
-No Gold buying
-No use of any 3rd party programs
(2 exceptions are programs that enable you to have an english patch and the loader that let's
you use the captcha generator. We DO NOT recommend this though.)
-Respect your fellow guild members
>Party Rules<
-No auto share parties with bots, goldbots, or cheaters of any kind
-Only allowed to be in 4 man party with them (also known as LTP)
>Jobbing<
In Avalon we have a tradition where people start their job alias with The_ and then a title
(i.e. The_LighT). This will help us distinguish each other when we're different jobs and it's also for people to fear. We own at PvP!
Breaking any of these rules will result in an INSTANT BAN! There is no excuse for not reading the rules since they are posted here, kSRO Avalon forums and on the Guild Notice. If you catch anyone from the guild/union breaking these rules, please take a screenshot or a video and contact Aventuris, me(Extent) or _Kelvin.
If you are interested in joining, please leave a post below or you can post on our forums.
This forum is still being worked on so it's not anything fancy yet!
http://avalonunion.invisionplus.net/You can also PM Aventuris, Extent or Kelvinn in kSRO.
We are on this server:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Credits go to Apy for these pictures ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Hope you will join us!

IsoL :o How are you doing?

eSRO seems to progress steadily, but it's a though project so I understand that it takes time.
As for Avalon, I recommend everyone to join. We are after a fun community that uses all aspects that Silkroad has to offer and top them up with our own events! Guild Wars, Trades, PvP, Parties, anything you can think of.

Oh, if you like to join noobs to your guild, you are free to do it, but why should we join for example a 2H-Warrior, who is just spamming KD and KB and doesn't even listen. He would be useless for our guild and only ruin our pts, because he is such a "cool 2H-Tank".
We accepted some people from different time zones too, but the main problem was, that they didn't play, when we played and couldn't make pts with us. Some of them just went inactive, other ones went to taxi. Both resulted in a bann of course. I don't want to offend you with this either, it's just my opinion (and that one of our guild leader).
Oh, and as i see, you have these rules:

I would actually expect, that your rules don't allow the passive use of these "things" too, but why did i hear about some Avalon members being powerleveled/powerfarmed? Doesn't it violate your rules of not using bots/3rd party programs (active and passive)? On our guild we have strict rules about it and that ones, who don't want to keep it, are taken out. If someone is caught in a taxi, this will result in an instant ban.
-->Keep your rules and enforce them or otherwise we can't accept you as a real legit guild.

When I first joined kSRO, I was a member of Divinity. I didn't work out due to different time zones and I do not hold a grudge against Divinity. I actually like their ideas alot. I had some bad encounters with people from your union though. I have been scammed several times, was insulted and generally the people from SoH and 300 aren't friendly, neither do they party. At all.
Also to clear up some confusion.
- Avalon is enforcing legit rules, if you don't like it, don't join. We don't want this to be another one of the billions of other FCK AWALOR threads.
- No one in Avalon is getting powerfarmed.
- Avalon is open to all legits, new ones and old ones. People who might not be "pro" will learn by leveling up legitly so there is no need to say "NO NOOBS ALLOWED"
I'd actually really like a union with Divinity as a part of it

First of all, i am not responsible for all members of our union and i don't like some of them either. I actually didn't make bad experiences with guys from SoH or 300 though, it was rather the guild with the korean signs in it. I actually think, that this guild shouldn't be in our union, but i don't have any influence on it, so we just report that ones, who are not acting friendly there. And you should probably see it from their point of view too, the guys from SoH and 300 already played KSRO for quite a long time now. As they only have lv.50+ members in their guilds, you won't really see them pting a lot, as they usually have pt in Cave, Tomb or even in the new Alexandria areas. So it's actually not really true, that they don't pt a lot. And one reason, why they are probably a little bit unfriendly, could be the following:
They don't like that stream of new foreigners coming to KSRO. I wouldn't like them either, if i played on a server for a certain time and suddenly new players turn up, who just want to get plevel and pfarming or even ask for bots, etc. and don't know, how to pt. Recently there are quite a lot of this type of players and i don't like them either. I know, that there are always other players, who don't follow this path, but if most of the newcomers are doing it, you easily get the impression, that everyone is like that.
I want to clear up some things too:
-I heard, that some members of Avalon have been in taxi, plevel or pfarming, and as i don't consider this as legit, i wanted to find out, if this is true or not
-If i say, that we don't want noobs, it doesn't necessarily mean, that we won't join players, who are new to the game or less experienced in general, but if someone simply doesn't even listen to good advices or ignores them, we won't pt with that one and won't join him to our guild either, as this would only ruin our pt, and we don't really need someone, who doesn't even try to improve his pt-play. If you want to play with such guys and teach them, how to pt in the right way, it's up to you, but i don't really have the time to teach someone, who apparently doesn't even want to learn anything and i suppose it's useless anyway.
We could maybe talk about a union later on, but for now, we prefer to wait and make our decision based on the development of your guild/union.

Being powerlvl'd by another legit player is not against any rules made by Joymax and neither do we see it as an offense. We HIGHLY encourage partying but there is nothing wrong with giving lower levels a boost as long as both players are legit.
Many powerlevels I have seen so far were made by members of the SoH union.
Also the whole "they are higher level and don't like newcomers" does not in any way justify scamming. (And I have had similar reports, even though this only relates to two individuals.)

Understandable of course, I hope we'll have some future alliance coming

You are absolutely right, that powerlevel by a higher level legit is not against the rules of Joymax, but in my opinion you won't improve your abilities, while you are getting pleveled. To get better at party-play, you need to play in pts. And as we actually play the game for grinding together in pts and not for getting high level, any powerlevel outside our guild is not allowed. Helping lower members in guild, is allowed of course, although this "help" is usually more like a real pt leveling together, just with one or two members replaced by a higher level guild-member. Everyone in pt is still doing their jobs, so i would rather consider it as a "Power-Party" and not as "Power-Level".
I know that our union members are doing quite a lot powerlevel too, but they are doing it mainly because they want to farm and plevel a second character and want to avoid the Lv.1-50, as there are many "noobs" around and the pts aren't very good, if you don't have an active and experienced guild. Farming a second character and leveling up to a certain level, is not against the rules of Joymax either, so i don't really see a problem in it.
And of course it doesn't justify scamming in any way, if you don't like the newcomers, but as i said, i didn't really make bad experiences with SoH/300 members so far. Maybe you just met the wrong ones, while most of them are actually quite ok and seem to be friendly. For example, many members of our union were helping us against Kesheel today, who came to ks our pt at penons, because it was "his" Plevel-spot, although he wasn't even around, when we started our pt. The result of this was, that Kesheel didn't bother us any more and logged off finally, so we could continue our pt. But you usually rather remember that ones, who were not acting very friendly, than the 20-30 other ones, who didn't act unfriendly at all to you.

Seems like a good policy

If powerleveling should become a problem it will be an official rule but until then we use our common sense. If someone is getting powerlevel'd all the time, he will be dealt with. We are here to party play not to get powerlvl'd.
@Kronos - Do you have msn, I'd like to talk to joo plz

What if they already know how to party and can't improve much, is plvl still not ok?

I'd say no, because i suppose you actually want to play for pting together with your friends and guild members, but who are you going to pt with, if there is nobody around your level, as you got pleveled. Being high lv. isn't the main aspect of the game for me and our guild members. It's rather playing together with your guildmates and having fun with them. You can actually have fun at any level, as long as you have friends, in my opinion and i don't really care about my level at all. Most of our guild are pretty experienced at pting already, but we still decided, that plevel outside guild should be a "no" in our guild, as playing together in pt and helping each other should be the main aspects in the guild. The team spirit in the guild will be a lot better, if there is no plevel outside guild and we are consequent at enforcing this rule. Any violation of this rule will lead to a warning or an instant ban.
Oh, and @Aventuris: No, i don't have msn.

Alright. Can we just leave this behind us now?
Both Divinity and Avalon share a common vision. Both support partying wherever we can. Avalon has very experienced players too and we still choose to party.
Let me say it clearly again: We enjoy having Divinity around, you have nice members and such and we are both supporting the legit movement.
We can form a union eventually or not, either way it's a win-win. I also asked Extent to edit out the part where we directly ask people to join Avalon instead of Divinity.
Now back on topic. Thank you
