are you sure thats right? cause the cap is 105 in KSRO, and if the guy on the ss was to be 105 and a Duke, he'd have to have gotten 4 titles in the last 5 lvls :S

These are ranks for future levels. Probably up to 140, they have already implemented the titles in the PK2.

That character is not real I created the character through packets and injected the rank as 06, which is what it goes up to.
